Order took slightly longer than expected. I was surprised to receive an email apologizing and an offer to make it right. Amazing customer service!
On 2nd of October I was supposed to get a curbside pick for my order.Waited for more than 15mins with the hazard lights on, I thought may be they are just too busy. Then just walked in and they didn’t even bother to apologize. Reached out to customer care about the incident and even they don’t care. I have faced the similar situation on July 30th, similar curbside pick where in you inform them through app that you are there and yet they made it a point to keep you waiting and try your patience. Disgusting service……….

Do not order delivery unless you want to be harassed about a tip, even if you already gave them a tip. We ordered $20 worth of food and added an additional $6 tip with a note asking the driver to drop off the food and not ring the doorbell or anything because our dog is not a fan of other people. Easy enough, right? Nah. Our driver, Carlos, dropped off the food right as my brother was pulling in the driveway, and before getting in his car to leave, he felt the need to go bang on my brothers window and tell him to call me and ask if I’m going to tip in cash or on my card (I had already tipped when placing the order). My brother was very surprised by this so he just told the driver he didn’t have my number. So the driver got in his car and proceeded to spam call me off his phone, while my dog is going crazy, because again, HE DOES NOT LIKE STRANGERS. He calls off the dominos number 4 times and then calls off his personal number too. So I finally answer to get him to go away. And the first thing he says is “How are you planning on tipping me?”. We called the store after this and asked to speak to the manager. Jair told us he was the manager, so we explained the situation, to which he was very dismissive and made excuses for the driver like, “he was just trying to notify you that the order had arrived.” Even though we already got text and email alerts telling us it had arrived. And that “he just needed to know how we were going to tip so he could close out the order.” This obviously did not resolve anything and he could tell we weren’t happy with his responses, so he goes “I don’t know what you want me to do.” Train your employees and managers that harassing people for money is not normal behavior.

There is no doubt the pizza is good . But my kid was not allowed to use washroom as it was indicated it was only for employees. Isn’t it required before eating we have to wash our hands . As we were planning to dine in .. so definitely never ever going to recommend for dine in as of employee’s rude behavior. Apart of it, she recommended us to go to next shop to use washroom.

Yesterday i ordered 3 pizzas, and surprisingly it was pretty fast.
The dude who was making the pizzas didn’t lie about being it made in 10-15 minutes. Pretty quick pizza making service, and i loved my pepperoni pizza later at home.
Overall, will recommend, and i will be visiting again

I ordered carryout last night on 4/24. The amazing lady making my order was an incredible employee. She was everything that dominos would have wanted their employees to be and stand for. She helped us so much, with great advice for orders as well as letting us know there was a discount available for us during the carryout special. I was really appreciative of that and it honestly made my night, thanks so much! I’ll definitely be back. Much appreciated

This is now twice that I've ordered, been given a 20-30 minute window and 45 minutes later it says it's still not even in the oven. Avoid this
