The people that work there are so rude and unprofessional. Never cheer or have a smile on their face. Then also get my coffee order wrong every time. Waited at drive through with nobody ahead for 10 mins abdomen nobody said "Hi", finallly i said hello anyone here and this indian lady was just so cold. Customer service is zero to none! This particular store needs a reset of staff/training and I am a local here btw!

Very expensive ! I got a plain doughnut and small lemonade. Just under $8. The last and this time the customer service is poor. They act as if you are putting them out and not friendly staff at all. The doughnut was stale. Lemonade good

I've been going to this location for many years and have never had an issue up until yesterday. I purchased the $6 deal (med. coffee, hash browns and an egg, bacon and cheese bagel). When I was almost done with the bagel sandwich and had eaten the hash browns and about 1/4 of the iced coffee I started getting horrible horrible cramps!!! At first I was wondering if the new employee (woman) I had never seen before put something in my food! Now that I am reading reviews I see that quite a few people had bad cream used in their coffee! I'm just guessing it's possibly from that. There is a Starbucks and a Panera within 6 blocks from this location. Bye bye DD!
