Oysters were fabulous. They were fresh and plump. Made me feel like we were back on the east coast.
Tired going during open hours, 2pm on a Tuesday. It was closed, no note posted, doors locked.
Unfortunately the food was awful! When the bread arrived it was soggy on the bottom and we told the waitress. When she brought the other bread it was fine. The food was salty, steak overdone!! However, I was never asked how I wanted it cooked!! Very, very disappointed!! Poor quality for the price!!
Ordered pasta Bolognese with sausage Received Pasta with a stringy braciole like meat No explanation and took forever to receive new order. Looks like they could be in trouble, not very many patrons on a Friday
Highly recommend!! Stopped in and got a piece of Ora King Salmon and a dozen oysters. Hands down the best piece of salmon I've ever had! Husband agreed. We grilled it, and it was perfection! Oysters were fresh and delicious also. Will be returning for more!
Best place in the area for fresh fish. We ordered Chilean Sea Bass, Red Snapper and Norwegian Salmon - all very well prepared - delicious. Space was formerly a bank - theme was fun and original.
Our server was fabulous and the food and cocktails we ordered were fantastic. I've only come here on a Sunday and I guess that is the day not to go. Not only is there usually no one around to check you in, there was only one server for the entire restaurant so we could not sit outside even though it was a picture perfect day. I hope on a Saturday it will be a better result of sitting outside.
We've dined at Franco's Pesceria prior for several years and enjoyed everything about it. When they moved to this new building, we worried the service and quality would suffer. Unfortunately, it has and is no longer the place we loved to go to, the service was slow and the food was not the quality it used to be, at least not this day. Disappointed.
I have been at this place 3-4 times. Always was very good. On the bright side the waiter CJ was terrific. He was well informed on the menu and was very helpful. The downside was that many items on the menu were unavailable. The food was good. However, no bread was available. Was told that they ran out. How is a restaurant out of bread? Only one desert option. Yes they are a seafood place but very limited menu. No bus boy activity at all. Our dirty plates stayed on our table while we hung out for 25-30 minutes. The restaurant should not have opened if they were not prepared to serve customers.
In very small print on one of the menus there was a note that stated there was a cooking preparation charge, approximately $18, in addition to cost of the fish. I have never received a cooking preparation charge. I checked with the server and she pointed to it on the menu. I was charged $40+ for 8 ounces of halibut. I was expecting to pay half of that because another menu advertise that price of halibut was $40 a pound. I will never go to the Vault again. What kind of restaurant adds a cooking charge to entree?

This place hosted simply the worst Mother's Day brunch to which I've ever been. I was embarrassed to have chosen it and have repeatedly apologized to my mother for the selection. It was worse than the free breakfasts at most business hotels... and we were charged $55/person for the pleasure (fountain drinks not included). We were also charged for a single mimosa after being told champagne was on the house. The server seemed annoyed we were there. Forgot to bring one of the three beverages we ordered upon arrival (it happens) and then when the other two joined us forgot to bring one of the two beverages they ordered. It's a shame because the space and ambience were great.
Mother's Day party of 6. Full menu plus a buffet. Our group had a variety of dietary restrictions, from kosher, to no wheat, no dairy, and ither allergies. Everyone in our group had a good variety of choices and no one was other than impressed. We were seated promptly, servers were attentive, and compete facility from a large wall mural to decoration of the dining area were impressive and welcoming. We plan to make ourselves “regulars” at this class establishment.
Average at best. Service was underwhelming. Server seemed disgruntled and didn't want to be at work. The Mother's Day brunch was laid out in residential grade sternos that kept nothing warm. All the food was cold. It was also boring. My wife at their once before and said it was about the same experience. We aren't going back. Maybe they thrive off the night vibe and bar. Not a food place for sure. Also, perhaps big catering/buffets aren't their specialty; that's what it seems. Disappointed.
The food is always good at Vault 232. Tonight was no exception. The tuna and salmon tartar was great, although I wish the pieces were cut a little smaller. The shrimp tacos were also excellent. The restaurant was very busy, so service was slow but our waiter was very pleasant and apologized for being short staffed. I will continue to recommend this place to friends and family.
This restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Our waiter was wonderful but the bar and kitchen took too long to be acceptable. We spoke to another couple next to us and they fine here several times. They said each time something was off. Vault 232 has been around too long to get over their “growing pains”. Would never recommend this restaurant and won't be coming back.
