Loved the ambiance, but as we walked in the door there was an overpowering smell of raw fish. Most of our dishes were pretty good, but my friend ordered the seabass with a variety of fish and she didn't have the heart to tell the waitress that her seafood didn't taste safe to eat. She said all of it tasted and smelled like it had possibly not been so fresh or was not cooked properly. She ate off of her husbands plate instead.

Went to lunch (Sunday) and had the worst hostess/waitress. She just stood there and would not say anything. Also made a comment of one of our parties name "seeing your last name now I know anything can be a last name". Food was alright. A little pricey for a chicken sandwich and premade fries (I don't understand why places don't make their own fries) probably won't go back anytime soon.

This place was amazing!I initially ordered the lobster roll but it came out dry. The server offered me sauce and I just ended up ordering a pizza. After the meal, she gave me complementary cake and gave me the pizza free of charge. It was really kind and the food was amazing.

Our party of 7 decided to give the Vault a second chance, thinking the first time we just didn't order the right dishes. Yet again, the food came out terrible. Even the waiter himself agreed the kitchen is off today. The food quality was terrible, tuna tastes like undercooked chicken, steak was so rubbery it was impossible to chew it through. Something as simple as clam chowder soup tasted like watered down milk. We really wanted to like this restaurant as we like the ambiance and wait staff is so attractive and kind, but the food keeps disappointing. And it's not cheap by any stretch.

This was our second trip to this location. Both times the service was very slow. All of our food was seriously overcooked. The lobster in both our hot and cold rolls was hard and stringy and tasteless. The salmon and sea bass were overcooked as well. We ordered 2 sides, coleslaw and vegetables. Both were actually good but overpriced for what we received. Lemon risotto came with both fish dishes, it was mediocre at best. Food and service was so good at the original location called Franco's. It's a shame that the food prep and service didn't carry over to Vault 232.

Return visit tonight. Good always great. Though we try different things on the menu, one thing always remains the same - Service. The service consistently impresses, thanks to our server Natalie, previous server Kimberly who made a point to greet us, owner Frank who personally checked in, the remarkably efficient busboys, and front manager Kevin. Each played a part in making us feel both welcomed and right at home. My wife's Evading Chicken was delicious amd filling. I wasn't as hungry, so ordered two apps from the 20's Small Talk section of the menu: Hush Money Crab Cakes and Old Sport Octopus. Both perfectly cooked, delicious and just the right portion. Hit the spot! We sat in the bar section at a high top. Kinda our favorite section.

OY VEY! First off, it was draftier than a geisha's fan in there! I needed more than my over the shoulder wrap that my husband got me for our anniversary. So anyway, we went for our anniversary and had so many issues. The shrimp had more veins than a nursing home and then the calamari made me feel like I was biting into that elastic man from fantastic four superhero movie. The best part of the evening was my stiff ass drink to get me through and some after evening anniversary activities.

i was disappointed. the paper on the table was obviously used, very noisy, and my entrée had mushrooms all over it. Luckly I just have an aversion and not an allergy or that would have been a huge problem. I double checked the menu thinking I may have made a mistake but nowhere on the entree i ordered did it say mushrooms. Also, only 2 desserts to choose from.

Very obvious management issues. I went in for dinner alone prepared to spend money and sampling a lot from the menu because I have been excited about this place since it opened. After being seated, it took 15 minutes before anyone came by to check on me, I was asked if I wanted a drink, but there were no menus or anything brought to me, so I needed to ask for a wine list. I was originally thinking oysters, a salad, and fresh fish from the market, but after the oysters came and judging by the pace of everything, I decided I would go easier on the establishment and ordered fish and chips in hopes that the easier order would yield better performance. I was wrong. The oysters were fresh tasting, but they were warm, and had obviously been left out. The two employees running the raw bar verbally complained within earshot of me about getting the order so late in the night (it was 7:40p at this point). The fish was also super fresh tasting, but it was COLD! and it needed salt. The service was so bad that I was served something cold that had just been deep fried. No joke, the employee to patron ratio at this point must have been 1 to 1 or greater, and almost all of the employees were visibly and audibly goofing off the entire time. In fact the raw bar guys were on their phones the whole time sitting AT the bar, rather than behind it, and there was an entire table of servers just socializing while only one person behind the bar seemed to be doing literally anything. The poor owners. All those people on payroll literally doing nothing. A real shame. I dont know if I could go back unless I was sure they turned the service around.

We reserved a table for our anniversary. Reservation asked what the occasion was so we expected (unfair of us) to have a nice evening. Food was good but pricey for what you got. Server was not super attentive and felt a bit slow to get drinks and order taken and then the check was delivered super quick after our plates were removed.

We have been here 3 times and all 3 times the service was slow and it took forever to get our food .. the wine is overpriced and I am not sure I would come back here due the fact that there are never enough servers to take care of you . The fish is Amazing but it's not worth the bad service .

Nice service without any attitude. The ambiance was calm and friendly. We came in way too early to our reservation but still they let us in. The food was very good as well. It is a little out of our way, but willing to make the drive again.

Horrible & extremely slow service, food was lukewarm and our order was incorrect. Our meals were both missing ingredients and the server didn't check in on us. Location was empty with only 3 tables in our entire section seated.
