Giordano’s in Lake Zurich never disappoints. Whether we dine in or do carry out, the experience is consistently smooth. Orders are ready on time, the food is always hot and fresh, and the quality never misses. You really can’t go wrong here. This ownership clearly gets it right. No complaints whatsoever. We went for a family dinner (7 of us). The food was very good. We ordered the calamari and bruschetta for appetizers. One of the best bruschetta s I have ever had. Then we ordered a large size pizza which was also very delicious and was big enough to feed all 7 of us plus we had some to take home. The ingredients in everything we ordered were very fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is very cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very nice environment and place to go with family, friends or on a date. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and location. We definitely plan to go back.

Pizza came to the table and was luke warm. Greasy. Ordered a Sam Adams and that didn't taste right either. I couldn't finish it.

Walked in with a group of friends at 8:03pm to an empty restaurant except for the 5 employees standing around talking and watching TV. After walking past a couple employees, we were informed they were closed, despite the fact that the hours of operation online and on the door said they didn’t close until 9:00pm. Everything about the location said they were open for business, TVs were all still on, all the interior and exterior lights were on, and even the OPEN neon sign was still on. We walked a couple of businesses down to the hungry mule, who also closes at 9:00pm, were welcomed in and spent $140 on our food. We walked out happy and fed just before 9:00pm. We drove from 3 towns over to get pizza and ended up finding a new restaurant to go to in the future instead of Giordanos.
