Our experience was disappointing. We expected more. The steamed dumplings were exactly the ones we buy in the grocery store and nothing like what we've had at other Chinese restaurants before. Chicken fried rice had very little flavor and the chicken with snow peas was loaded with mushrooms and unsure what type of meat; definitely not chicken breast. We will not be back.

Affordable, Generous Quantity, Tasty food!!! I tried General Tso's Tofu, glad that they had tofu version here. Felt bit sweet but liked it. Side of fried rice is also good. Will visit again to try more options!!!

This is my go to for Chinese food, the hunan chicken is really good has a good kick to it , my kids like the sweet and sour chicken.
1st off, I'm not a local guide as this stupid Google system says I am. Ok, Native New Yorker now living in Texas, seriously missing good Chinese food. I was in Illinois for business and a coworker suggested China Style and it was delicious! The nice woman at the counter had them make BBQ Pork Fried Rice for me, to go with an order of BBQ Pork and it was all very good! The prices were standard for what Chinese food costs these days. It was so good. I came back 2 days later for more of the rice and had the Chicken with Broccoli and it was very good as well! Thank you to the nice woman for having the order prepared specifically for what I wanted! Best Chinese I've had away from New York.

??????This place has gone downhill dramatically! Since the new owners have taken over the food is very bland and lacking in any flavor. Portions have gone down yet prices seem to have gone up. I ordered shrimp with broccoli for myself and chicken and broccoli for my child. When I tell you there was literally only 5 pieces of shrimp in mine and 6 thin pitiful pieces of chicken in the other, and all rancid and mushy broccoli I'm not lying. Fried rice was mushy in some spots and crunchy in others. She said food would be ready in 25 minutes I go pick it up and I still have to wait another 15minutes, because it wasn't ready then when I finally get it and go back home the food isn't even hot. (I live less than a mile away from the restaurant it shouldn't get cold by the time I get home) ??♀️and when calling on the phone to place an order the lady doesnt let you get a word in edgewise she's just rush rush rush on the phone and then messes up orders because she's going too fast. I'll never be back for this kind of garbage food and garbage service ever again . My recommendation do not eat from China style hunan in lake Zurich ??????????

I ordered egg drop soup, the crispy noodles they give you to put on top or perfectly stale. Also, the chicken fried rice had no veggies. I've never had rice like that. Egg rolls and spring rolls were very good. They've changed owners and this is the second time I've ordered and never go back!

My my!! First time ordering here and this Chinese food from China Style (Hunan) is very authentic! I haven’t had Chinese food like this in a long time! Everything I ordered was served steaming hot, flavorful, and delicious! When you see how extensive the menu is there’s something for everyone! I also loved how the menu is also translated in Chinese. I will be ordering again and again.
