Maddie was very helpful. We had a large order for my son’s birthday party which included allergy restrictions and Maddie ensured the order was correct and she was very friendly throughout the process.

The food is good. But, they don't accept Jersey Mike's coupons. They'll tell you that a coupon that doesn't expire for another two weeks isn't valid. Then they'll turn around and offer you a discount on your food which is more than the coupon price, and they'll keep your coupon. I told them to void my order and give me back the coupon. I then went to Jersey Mike's in McHenry and they accepted the coupon with no questions. I'm not sure what kind of scam they're trying to pull, but I'm just done with all Jersey Mike's.

Ordered curbside from the location. Arrived and clicked the "I'm here" on the app. Advised me I was early but they were working on the order. I waited and waited and watch three teens stand around and do nothing. Walked inside and said I had a curbside order. Response didn't hear you ring bell (pointing at bell on counter). Super confused as I was not supposed to have to walk inside. I pointed that out and the response was "did get notified you had arrived". Definitely go back to my normal Jersey Mike's location and by pass this one.

Wow!! I could not believe the numbers of choices on the menu...it was so difficult to decide. I ended up ordering the Southwest Chicken Salad, sweet tea, and a brookie and I did not regret my choice. I was with my siblings and had a taste of the French Dip which was amazing as was the New Yorker. I will definitely eat here again!! What would make this place even better: have a drink refill station so we can get our own refills, and offer smoothies and shakes ?
My work has wraps here and I was thinking it would be the same, but I was completely mistaken. The wrap had a sweet and tangy sauce to it but it wasn't too strong just perfect. The tea was great as always. What else can I say? It's famous.
