I had ordered a unwich and they gave me a regular sandwich with the bread I would have thought the workers there would know what unwhich means so I got all the way home and they gave me the wrong sandwich

Fast service, chill staff. I liked my sandwich... but they forgot to add bacon to my significant other's sandwich, and he was pissed. ? But that won't stop him from going back. He loves Jimmy John's. Other than that, we had a chill time together. We'll stop by next time we are in the area. Keep up the good work.

This particular location has a fantastic staff. Today we decided to try something new, and for a fast food option, I didn’t expect the associate behind the counter to come over and ask us how we liked our food. Keep up the good work guys! Rob and Daniel are fantastic!

I really love their bread so soft and fresh. The vegetarian sandwich is my go to comfort sandwich. Ordered sandwiches for an event and the catering menu was perfect and they were very accommodating. The option to add toppings was fantastic. I recommend this place.

Went to get freaky fast sandwiches and ended up being there for 30 minutes, with a soggy sandwich because I got charged twice for my order. The worker was extremely under the influence of weed and was giving me a lot of attitude for complaining about getting charged twice. The manager, Eddy, did not help and said that it was my issue that the high worker charged me twice. Worst service ever. Will never be coming back.

I have been going to this location for years. Just stopped in on 5/4 at 3:30 pm and the girl (with the big eyelashes) seemed very high. Her eyes were rolling around in her head, she was stumbling and slurring her words. I was nervous for her safety when she made my sandwich. I asked the other worker if she was okay. This was horrible to witness. I really hope this gets addressed.

Went during the lunch rush on a weekday. Ordered ahead, but arrived a few minutes early. I appreciated being acknowledged while I waited and then informed as soon as it was ready. All staff were very friendly and very clearly working hard and fast! I will return for the good customer service alone.
Ordered Turkey Tom w/dijon mustard. Opened the bread- 3THIN slices of turkey, 3 SMALL tomatoes and so little lettuce it couldn’t be seen - and NO mustard whatsoever! Totally unacceptable and boring—- Subway I’m coming back!! JJ is a boring sandwich even if made correctly. Wish I could post a picture - pathetic!

Pregnant and can’t stomach much more than sandwiches. I’ve been ordering from here a lot and the food quality and customer service are poor. The icing on the cake is I have gotten my turkey sandwich with no turkey on it twice. I actually don’t understand how someone can make a turkey sandwich without turkey and not realize they may be forgetting something. The last time they messed it up, I called and told the employee there was no turkey on my sandwich. He said, “Are you sure? Because I made it.” I have no clue what him making my cucumber and cheese sandwich had to do with anything, but it turns out despite him having made it, there was still no turkey on it. This place needs to get it together. Hangry.

Great experience. Large carryout mobile order. Took just over a minute per person if i had to estimate. Everything was correct. And tasted good. Staff even offered to help carry the items out. It wasn't busy so that may have had something to do with it but still a good job!

Overall, tastes like all the other Jimmy John's there are. Customer service is awful. Tall guy at the register is very short with you and talks way too fast to understand. Girl that made my sandwich looked like she was on drugs; her eyes were rolling back, she was swaying, she couldn't grab a sticker and my sandwich is wrapped messier than it usually is. If you're looking for good customer service, which should be a top priority with your food, go somewhere else.
