First time coming in ordered an tuna melt special with Arnold palmer with no ice. of course it had ice ok no big deal asked the older lady hey I asked for no ice rude as can be says"well it's alrdy poured" i state can I plz get no ice "that's not what it says on the ticket " which it did after she notices it on the bottom. first impressions mean everything in retail! food wasn't bad even tho fries were cold. I was there within 15 mins after ordering. most likely won't come back i don't want to deal with the attitude

My wife and I love this place: the hot dogs are spot on and OH so delicious and tasty. We enjoy crispy fires with our Dogs, and they are so accommodating. Yes, the lady taking our order gives us a hard time and gruff for my wife’s modifications just tomato and cucumber on her Dog and our unusual crispy fries no salt but it’s all in good fun, good taste and being friendly. We enjoy the banter.
Great food had a Chicago dog. Staff was very friendly made you feel like a regular from my first visit will definitely visit again!!!! next time I’m in town!

UPDATE: Thursday, February 22, 2024: I have a unique medical condition. I was in the parking lot by Kooker's this evening and went in to ask to use the restroom. It was URGENT. The male seated next to the counter said NO ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS. I tried to explain that I am a frequent customer, mentioned our names, and said I just picked up food a few days ago... but my situation was truly urgent. I needed the restroom ASAP, so I spent almost $12 on 2 shakes that I didn't want, so I could use the restroom!! THANKS FOR DISPLAYING THE UTMOST horrific LACK OF EMPATHY & CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have been a Kooker's customer for years! Always fresh, hot, delicious food-prepared specifically by customers requests - if possible. Always goes above and beyond! Great recommendations when you are not sure what to choose from their extensive menu. Keeps track of customers' preferences and even sometimes calls to let us know about the special offers, etc! Honestly, they are very busy, so to take a moment to call a customer about something special going on with one of a customer favorites it true customer service at its best!! Kooker's, we appreciate all you do! Thanks Kooker's! And the Paczkis were delicious...see you soon!
