UPDATE: we recently gave Lou Malnati”s a second chance and boy we are happy we did so! Upon ordering our pizza at the Lake Zürich location, I asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to him, I advised him of our previous issues and he stated that he was a new manager at this location, and assured me that we would have an improved the overall experience. He was indeed correct! Our pizza was flawless! Thank you Lous for have a manager who cares about his customers! We will give an update on our next order and hope that we have t the same experience!
Unfortunately, I grew up right down the street from the original Lou Malnatis in Lincolnwood, and always loved their pizza. This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened to us from the Lake Zurich location! Pizza is NOT cooked although we asked for it to be WELL DONE due to the previous issues. Pizza is not edible and looks like it has a soup on top of it. It was super soggy and the dough on the bottom was uncooked. This location is so poorly managed and it is run by teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. Save your hard earned money!!

Picked up a half-baked pepperoni deepdish for the family back home. Order was easy to place online and ready within less than 20 minutes. Brought home to the family and baked it. Best pizza I've had so far and lives up to the hype!

Always love Lou Malnati’s, we get deep dish most of the time but we ordered yesterday and the pizza was not deep dish! It was the worst pizza we have ever gotten from Lou’s. Thin and didn’t taste right at all, was like a thin pizza like it didn’t rise at all and the crust didn’t taste like the butter crust we are used to. Was very disappointed in it , didn’t even finish it. Don’t know who made it but wasn’t what we’re used to.

This review is mostly pertaining to the service. My mother and I walked in around 9:30 on Wednesday 9.18, the guy who was working the front (I wish I could remember his name) first offered to give us an extra salad dressing when we were being indecisive, he asked about any dessert before we were about to pay, and again being indecisive, said he would just throw it in. We were both in town because my Grandfather, my mom’s Dad, was admitted to the hospice center that morning a few miles down the road. It was such a teeny thing, but the sincerity of gesture, as well as an incredibly friendly demeanor, was given without knowing anything we were going through. Human interaction has so much power. Thank you.

This is the most perfectly cooked deep dish we have had from any Lou's. Once you get Lou's you won't get deep dish anywhere else. Top recommendation: get the butter crust. The prices may seem like a lot but you get your money's worth with the portions. This place is take out only.

Picked up 2 salads for take out. They were packaged and bagged...ready to go. When we got home, no dressing. Had to drive back and get it. No apology what so ever. I understand that it's hard to find people to do these jobs but some sort of accountability should be put into place.
