This review is mostly pertaining to the service. My mother and I walked in around 9:30 on Wednesday 9.18, the guy who was working the front (I wish I could remember his name) first offered to give us an extra salad dressing when we were being indecisive, he asked about any dessert before we were about to pay, and again being indecisive, said he would just throw it in. We were both in town because my Grandfather, my mom’s Dad, was admitted to the hospice center that morning a few miles down the road. It was such a teeny thing, but the sincerity of gesture, as well as an incredibly friendly demeanor, was given without knowing anything we were going through. Human interaction has so much power. Thank you.

This is the most perfectly cooked deep dish we have had from any Lou's. Once you get Lou's you won't get deep dish anywhere else. Top recommendation: get the butter crust. The prices may seem like a lot but you get your money's worth with the portions. This place is take out only.

Picked up 2 salads for take out. They were packaged and bagged...ready to go. When we got home, no dressing. Had to drive back and get it. No apology what so ever. I understand that it's hard to find people to do these jobs but some sort of accountability should be put into place.

Very disappointing experience
We ordered pizza from this location and it was extremely soggy and impossible to eat by hand as the crust and toppings immediately separated. The taste was also far from good. While we initially didn’t plan on writing a bad review, we found hair in the pizza, which prompted us to share our experience. And we paid almost $40 to that large pizza. Very disappointing overall.

I ordered the Gluten free "the Lou" option and it was terrible. The crust was like a rock, I couldn't even cut it with the knife. The toppings were so bland like missing salt. The worst Gluten free pizza I have had. Such low quality and for that prize, I won't be coming back.

Very disappointed with this location! Ordered from this disgusting place yesterday for take out. Ordered one medium size cheese pizza for delivery. Received the pizza in a small size instead of a medium, the pizza was hard like a rock, and they didn’t even bother to cut up the pizza… you got to be kidding me. And the most disgusting part about it there is a hole in the pizza. Did someone stick their finger in there?? Unbelievable I almost threw up looking at the pizza. Never ever ordering from this place ever again and who ever was working the night shift at 10pm or who ever made this pizza need some disciplinary actions ASAP
