they can’t get an order right to save their lives. constantly messing up my order and then make me drive 15 mins back to get it fixed. i’m on lunch break i don’t have time for you to be messing my order up. idk how a cheeseburger is a chicken sandwich

For a McDonalds you get what you expect. Food met the requirements. The inside was clean. Outside seating needs some work.

Went inside for a pit stop and ice cream😅
Food was fine and no service because I used the kiosk.
But the dining room was dirty, table was a mess.
I did ask an employee if I could buy just the Happy meal toy only and she was nice.
Did you know they charge $5 bucks for just a toy! 😅😅

Ordered via the app to have it ready, and then waited 15 minutes to get our food. The drive through was empty and we were (rudely) told they were busy.
Ordered ice coffee, half of it was ice :).
Service was great tho.
Get they were probably short staffed but drive thru issues are always occurring.

Very poor customer service and food has never been consistent at this location. You’ll get non-chewable meat in your sandwich quite often. Will never stop by at this location ever again.

When ordering for a grandchild it is very disappointing when you arrive and they then tell you one of the components of the happy meal is not available. Please tell me before I order. If I knew, we would not have picked up at that location.

The smoothies are back, and I am now going to McDonald's 3 times a week! Before the smoothie returned...it was months since I went to McDonald's.
Felt unwelcome becus i had no money only enough for my Lyft which was being delayed due to connections after my interview not at said McDonald's, but was standing Looking like I'm soliciting, NVER THAT, NOW

McDonalds', in general, has become very costly. I thought I could take advantage of savings via their app.
I never expected such an unresponsive application, and it times out quickly. I have to get help, or at least some understanding from branch employees. Unfortunately, they don't even know how to use their own app. Nor they honor local deals unless they can access via digital scanner. People are clueless.
They don't know how to even override their system if they have an issue. They just cancel transaction and start over. If you dare to ask for someone with knowledge or a supervisor, they (i have spoken to multiple people, but the reaction is the same with everyone ) become defensive. Additionally, most of the time, their food is no longer hot, as it used to be.
I really go to fast food all together. However, if I go to a fast food restaurant, it will NOT be McDonalds.
