How is this a Panera BREAD but there are never any BREAD bowls

The lady behind the counter really doesn't like her job it seems she's walking around on her phone and she has her shirt is hanging below her waist not even tucked in and it seems like the people who work here don't really take pride in where they work it seems but that's what I noticed by just watching everyone and the booths are dirty and torn and really need some heavy maintenance

You would think that spoons would be given with soup… especially when ordering through the drive thru… stuck on a road trip with my order of soup and no spoon thanks… over priced and lack of care..

This this the closest Panera to my house, I live in Wauconda, and no matter what time of the morning I stop by, well before 11am, they never have any of the soufflés. It’s the one breakfast item I adore and can’t get anywhere else and they never have them. The menu clearly states they are available until 11am but they always tell me “they’re out.” I never really know when I’m going to be heading out that way so “ordering a head” isn’t a great option. If the menu says it’s available until a certain time, then they should make enough to supply customers until 11am!

Food is just alright. Very expensive for the quality. Parking is difficult, not that many spaces.
Good coffee. The shop has a cozy feel but it can get a bit crowded.

I go to this restaurant all the time and I don't think they've ever gotten my order right. Rarely do I get the pickle, even when I ask for it and I always tip. I don't understand why it's so hard to read the instructions, like no mayonnaise? Mayo ruins the sandwich for me and they can't exclude it when I explicitly ask. If they could just follow instructions the rating would be higher.

Clean Panera with a friendly staff. The parking lot gets busy at times and it's hard to access the parking lot from S/B Rand Rd.
