I ordered a Frappuccino, and they gave me it with chocolate dripping down the side all the way to the bottom, but they did not give me any napkins. They also didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a coffee for someone else (who I specified wasn’t with me) and they just gave me it without a stopper or anything. I also ordered a third drink and they didn’t give me a carrying case for these 3 drinks. They also did not ask if I needed any of these things (although I’m not sure how I am supposed to drink a Frappuccino without a straw?) Anyways I am not satisfied with my experience, and I will forever go to the other Starbucks that is just 5 minutes away from this one to get much better service and drinks.

Usually a good experience here but today I received a room temperature Americano….. didn’t have time to ask for a new one so just took it anyways. $5 for cold coffee isn’t a very good experience

I order my refresher with no water instead I add strawberry base but it seems like I said water only also add 3 scoop of strawberries and they only put 1 Wich I paid for it really bad experience

Went here today to get a strawberry lemonade açaí, tasted amazing. Felt a little nauseous after drinking it for bit, but it tasted amazing. Would visit again
