I feel that it is a place only for Americans like Hispanics and not knowing English well I have had terrible treatment. What's more, I'll stop consuming it. It was good coffee but the staff doesn't treat you well. I'm sorry, I do not know English.

Charged me a additional 80 cents for my drink without ice because "without ice we have to use more liquid". So what she was saying is we give you less in that size and make the difference up with ice. Never going back

Last Thursday my friend and I stopped in for a cup of tea. This was my first visit. We had a chance to sit and chat while we sipped our tea. There was a comfortable sitting area. Our service was very good! It was easy to park our cars. All in all a place to relax, visit and enjoy a cup of delicious tea!
My last trip to this Starbucks was a little under the norm. Unfortunately I didn't check my coffee before I pulled away and found all too much foam and not enough coffee.. BUT THIS IS NOT THE NORM FOR THEM

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but didn't understand the pricing structure. It costed me a dollar more for my drink than at a free-standing Starbucks and all i was told was that that's how they were supposed to do it. Won't be buying drinks there again. I usually drink the same thing every day.
