When I go to Sunset Pavilion, I always come with my family and a blanket with some chairs. Our favorite set up is to sit on the lawn. It is very low-key, and the kids can come and go to the adjacent park as much as they want.
From the lawn, it is still very easy to go up and order food or drinks. You can also hear the live music without a problem whenever they have it going.

This squirrel ?️ and momma squirrel ?️ just moved in to the area and found Sunset Pavilion. This a place you want to LOVE, BUT.. it's packed, parking sucks, and they price gouge you! They want $150 to reserve a table! Yes, you ready that right, sure the $$$? is applied to your bill ? but that should tell you what a beer and wine cost.
I recommend go to the pizza ? place across the street and walk the park afterwards.
