Ordered the new crunchy chalupas or whatever they’re called and this is what I got 3 or less pieces of steak what even is this absolutely nothing as advertised and when I came back through the drive through I asked if it was correct and the lady said “yeah… if you want more meat it’s going to be extra” like whattt there’s nothing on there to begin with love Taco Bell but what even is this

I cannot have cheese without going to the hospital so I confirmed this twice over the intercom. I wanted three soft tacos without cheese. I picked up my order but noticed the receipt says “no lettuce”. I received three tortillas with cheese. I then called to attempt to correct the order and they said “nothing we can do”. So I confirmed the store location and that the order was placed and they said “cool.”
I get that it’s Taco Bell late at night but this was beyond ridiculous.

Did not appreciate the employee start mopping with strong bleach water right next to me. He had the entire restaurant to mop...why start in the same corner as the only patron in there. Threw my food out and left.
