I been rocking with Ace since they opened. Always loved them till last night. I ordered a small pizza with sausage, pepperoni, bacon and Canadian bacon. I received a medium Hawaiian pizza. I notified door dash whom setup redelivery and they stated ACE was refusing and they cancelled the order after having me wait for a hour. You don’t ever have to worry about me getting anything from here ever again. I even offered to bring the pizza back.

Very disappointed today. Not done “well” the way I ordered. So much sauce all the toppings were sliding off. When I ordered I was told 30 minutes. I got there early to pick up. The pizza was ready, when I got home my pizza was barely warm. Not like it usually is. But I will be back.

The food is ok !! But they always always miss something in my order !! Or get here and keep you waiting more time or messing up the order ??♀️ and if you ask speak with the manager they always said a , I don’t know , his not here , we don’t know or never pass the message so he can call you back !! The people working is what they mess up that place !!!
I would not even give them 1 star. When i placed my order, I specifically asked if it was too late. They said order would be ready by 10. I get there & my order wasn't ready. They told me they had called me three times. I showed the my call log & stated no one had called me. Then I was asked if I was paying cash. I was disappointed and annoyed for them wasting my time. I do not recommend.

I had a Half Hawaiian and half sausage with jalapeños pizza and it was out of this world. Staff was super friendly. Best pizza with the best service people have to try this place.

Nice people. Good if you just need to fill up your stomach. Fast, ready made slices available for cheap. However, the dough on the ready made slices is just to heavy, thick, and bland. Change to a thinner dough and little oregano this pizza could easily go from 2/3 star to 5 star.

This is the 3rd time we've been disappointed with our order. I phoned and asked if they had fresh slices and he said no I asked when and he said 20 minutes . Sooo I call back after 20 minutes and placed my order for fresh slices. . They gave my husband warm and dry pizzz that likely had been in the case for awhile. I walked right back in to complain and he was on the phone. I showed him the pizza and he insisted it was new but we know better. Customer service and satisfaction is very important to keep a business going. Hope they care and try to do better.
