5 of us came here today to get lunch, what a mistake it was coming here instead of Bombers down the street. took 30 minutes to get our appetizer out. we asked if the rest of the food was coming anytime soon. Suddenly 2 minutes later it shows up. 3/5 peoples food was COLD. my fries were clearly old and had been made many hours previously and were reheated. the food had obviously been sitting there for 15-20 minutes not being brought out. they took $40 off the bill for some of the food but still gladly took $100 for the the rest of the food. Im not one to blame a server for the kitchens problems but our server was anything but apologetic, she was disinterested and only came over when we were asking someone else about the bill. Again suddenly they hopped too when worried they might be in trouble. Manager never came over. Realistically we should have just paid for the appetizer and drinks and left. Im not someone who will complain about mediocre or even bad service but come on. the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full at this time, no excuse for that type of service. Hopefully customer service can make up some amount of the $100 that they had no problem taking.

Waitress not wearing hairnets, waited too long for service, waiter did not write out order down while we were telling him our order. Employees hiding out in the kitchen, not taking orders right away. Lady was too lazy to seat us when we first walked in.. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! go to hammond indiana instead.. food was also cold

Came here for a NYE date and they werenât busy thankfully. The food was great and while the waitress was friendly and attentive, many things were not done as they typically would be when you dine in. We waiter 25 minutes for our one appetizer. We had to request water and napkins to be brought to the table since weâd been sitting 10+ minutes and they werenât brought yet. We ordered our drinks and meal a few minutes after sitting down but the drinks came about 20-25 minutes after we sat down and again they werenât busy.. they never brought us out plates so we had to use napkins as our plates. My guy didnât want to complain so we just made do with the napkins.. but overall great food.. but wouldnât come back to this location.

This is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings!!!! Every single time we order take out, weâre missing something!!!! We ordered the bundle with wings, tenders, and fries, and they shorted us 5 boneless wings and they forgot my daughterâs carrots and celery on her kids meal!!! Are they just not paying attention or what!!!!???? The only time they get anything right is if you dine in. Avoid this one at all costs!!!!!!!!

so low on staff, the COOK came to waiter us ? while two young girls (waitresses) sat around doing nothing ! our wait time was 1 hour for 2 burgers, and fries total and 2 drinks took us 30 minutes. no one wants to work here !

Very bad service, we needed a low table, close to the bathrooms due to a condition Special and the receptionist did not want to, did not understand the situation and did not call the manager. There were few people and did not want to help us with a place.

Came in on a rainy Tuesday afternoon, it was slow but had a great time. The bartender had fun with us, store was clean and slick, food is always good. Definitely a neighborhood staple in Lansing.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. No complaints. One server ran the whole timeâŠ. 6 fully occupied tables, the bar, and prompt greetings at the door, no long wait. Canât remember her name but she was working on 10/21/24 around 2:00PM. Kudos to her.
