Had to check out the remodel on St Patties Day! Must say I was amazed how bright, up to date, and clean the place was. We were immediately greeted and seated. All was going well until our waitress "Kandyse" took our order. No greeting, no personality, just poor service! Food was room temp, apps were wet on the bottom, drinks were average. New look, same sad everything else!

Went there for Veteran's Day.... Not very crowded but service was slow.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Usually service isn’t too bad but I just left out the restaurant with my family and it was by far the worse experience ever. Our food took almost an hour to come out and everything was cold. I wasn’t even sure if we had a server. She not once came to check on us or ask if we need anything. Not sure if our “server” was training but this visit was disappointing. Servers work for their tip and she sadly didn’t deserve her tip but of course it was included which is probably why she didn’t care about how the service was. By observing the atmosphere I could tell other tables felt the same way due to another table getting up and leaving due to lack of service and multiple tables looking around looking unsatisfied also.

NEGATIVE STARS !! Waited 35mins for APPETIZERS !! We didn't even get our food ordered !! The girl in To Go was talking cursing on her phone like crazy! There were 5 tables and 2 waitresses at the time ! 2 of us walked out and as a couple was walking in we told them they better off dipping ! Save your time and go somewhere else because there was NO excuse for that at all !

If i could give negative stars i would. Worst service ever. Drinks came out 30 min after ordering them while i was choking on fried pickles. Meanwhile ms.Alivia over there by the counter on TIKTOK. When my wings came out they were salty as fuck. seemed as if the cook confused the wings for fries, wings increased my sodium levels and the fries were tasteless. Save your money & put it towards your rent.
