I bought my son a whooper fries and a pop. I told them to put cheese on it. They gave it to me with no cheese. I gave them back cold fries and the burger. They put the cheese on it. After i left i discovered the food it NOT HOT. It was not warm. It was barely warm and cold. I took the burger back. They claim they need my receipt. I misplaced the receipt. They refused to give us another burger. The food at burgerking sucks. This is why many are closing. The worse fast food ever. You can get sick eating COLD FOOD. THIS IS PURE JUNK FOOD.

Worst and slow Burger King restaurant in Lansing. They Services sucks at its worst. I stood in drive thru for 35 minutes waiting on my food. I asked for a refund because they were taking too long to make my meal. The Manger going to tell me they can't give me a refund because the money already been dropped. I respond as a customer, and I have a right to get a refund. Why I can't get my refund. Manger was still saying I can't get a refund to just wait on my food because they are making it now. There was another customer waiting on the food and complaining about how they were also waiting for their food for 20 to 30 min. The Manger got upset with me saying I don't know why people complaining. I respond and told the manager you would complain too if you been waiting for your food over 20 to 30 minutes when you got enough people working. It's just ridiculous. They Service need to be much better than what they are doing...

I went in the restaurant stood there for 10 minutes before I was told the cashier was on break. They was playing loud music too. So I proceeded to go threw the drive thru where I waited another 15 minutes before my order could be taken, so I left will never go here

Today on 2/21, Ordered a double whopper with bacon and cheese and I just got a regular whopper. I was charged for a double whopper and I got a whopper and no one is picking up the phone when I try to call. No foot traffic after 8:30pm, I was the only one there. I lose money because someone can’t take the only order they have to work on correctly?

Ordered on the app today and all the food was prepared quickly, but most of all it was fresh and packaged carefully. The inside of the restaurant was also very clean upon entering to pick up my order. I have not had this exceptional experience in a while. Thank you.

We ordered whopper combo and whopper Jr special. I requested fresh fries and light dressing on the whopper Jr. The fries were all dried up, cold and stale. The whopper Jr. was drenched with mayonnaise. When we were blowing the horn in the drive way to complain the young men working there kept pass the window, ignoring us. Finally, the person that took our order and served us came with an attitude. I reminded him I asked for fresh fries. He took my fries no respond and dumped them in garbage, then he said ok with attitude. It literally took 15 minutes to get the fresh fries that only take 3 minutes to cook. He gave me like a half a order of fries. I asked for manager it took close to another 10 minutes. I explained to him he said he will give another batch of more fries.This took over 15 mins. to the point the manager came the window and could not believe we had not got our fries. He asked us to up to front door and he will personally get our fries.Noted: every worker there had an attitude. They should have no stars. I can see this Burger King closing soon. This is not the first complaint I had with this Burger King. ???

Worst experience ever! 720 am. Over microwaved a breakfast sandwich so it’s hard; hash browns are cold and hard. Never again! Manager was very non-chalant and could careless.

This place is NEVER OPEN on time!! It’s 0723 Drive Thru service NOT OPEN AS USUAL. This pLACE just needs to Close Business since they NEVER open anyways!
