I placed my order a week in advance, when I got there to pick up my grand girl birthday cake there was a slight issue with my order, but Thanks to Carmen she was able to resolve the matter which was all that mattered to me!! This was my 1st experience with the Bakery, yes we make mistakes, but the importance in making mistakes is a great resolution! The butterfly cake was better than expected!!

Calumet Bakery captured the Nostalgia of being a Chicago kid getting Atomic Cakes for my birthday..It had been over 20 years since I had one and they were able to execute. Though, I wish it had more banana pudding. Great job overall. The donuts we picked up were also great. The staff was very kind and courteous. The ticketing system flows well. I would highly recommend and definitely plan on coming back

We needed a birthday cake last minute and when I say last minute I mean 1hr prior to the party, and Calumet Bakery saved the day. The cake was beautiful and delicious! I know this situation isn't ideal and wouldn't always work out but just showing appreciation for how you all pulled this together for us.

This is one of the tastiest finds south of Chicago! The apple fritters are big enough for two days. But, you'll want to eat it all.
They have the best nut rolls and strudels bar none. Well worth going here for them.
