Fast service, staff always polite. There was a mix-up with my last order, but the young lady was very patient and corrected the mistake.
I went to Culver’s for the special of the day. Turtle Dove ice cream What I received was ice cream and nuts but no Carmel. As I was eating the ice cream I said where is the Carmel. I went back up there. They refused to fix my order. Stating that I ate some of the ice cream. The customer service sucks here. I am going to g to call the district office

The Lansing location has the worst servce. They always forget something. A drink or a sauce you paid for. Like this is the only location with this issue. Needs retraining. I will no longer return to this location. It's so bad that if I go back its my fault for going here and not expecting my full order to be given to me on first attempt.

The cheese on the burger wasn't melted at all. The fries were medium warm, and the employees' uniforms were all over the place, dirty and sagging and let's not get on these ladies' hairstyles. Multi colored hair. Long weaves. All with zero hair nets.

Great food! Not from NW INDIANA so I can say for those passing thru …Give it a try! Crunchy Pork tenderloin sandwich is yummy and not on any other fast food menus and the ever-changing custard of the day is always fun to sample! When the flavor of the day doesn’t strike you, go for the Cashew Caramel Sundae..Whoa! A Cashew Explosion! Solid food for a fair price.
