Bad service! This will definitely be the last time buying from there. The girl taking the order was rushing me, there was no one behind me, so it’s not like she had much to do. I ordered two banana splits and a chocolate Sunday. Banana splits were all melted and leaking everywhere, no strawberry topping and hardly any pineapple or chocolate either. I requested chocolate sunday and was given caramel sunday. I mentioned it to her and she just looked at me like I was the crazy one, she didn’t offer to fix it, no apology and shut the window. I rather inconvenience myself to take the drive and give my business to the Munster location than shop in my own town for the lack of customer service.

I'm not understanding what's going on with the ice cream. I've been 3 times this week to get a sundae 2 times and the ice cream was melting fast by the time I got home. I don't live but 5mins away. Today I decided to try a blizzard and that sucked. It was basically melted ice cream with Cookie dough. I thought a blizzard was supposed to be stiff ?. I give up on this location forreal. I'll drive to the other location in Indiana

Literally the worst Dairy Queen in the south suburbs. Went here 3 times to get the banana cream pie blizzard and each time it was runny and barely any ingredients. Ask for a refund after I left on the second occasion and was told I have to bring back over half of the blizzard in order to get a refund. Homewood, and Crete are much better. Stay away! You’ve been warned.

I totes love Dairy Queen, it was all those delicious frozen treats you can imagine. I personally love the Fudge brownie earthquake, the s'mores shake, the dipped ice cream and the Cookies and cream flavor. You should give it a try!

I made the mistake of stopping at this dairy queen instead of my usual one in Homewood.This place has nothing going for it. The staff were rude when I asked if they had butterscotch dilly bars.The ice cream was terrible, it looked more like blended milk it was so badly melted.Don't waste your money at this place, go to Homewood, the service and product is a world of difference.
