The food that I ordered was not what I ordered. And was not the first time that this happened.But this particular time I took it back only for them 2 throw it in the garbage.I mentioned to the young lady that I wanted sausage on mine, but I have a granddaughter who would eat it.She just smiled and said no, and threw it in the garbage.There was no compensation for me coming back up there. To correct thair error, but an extra charge.

I’m posting this on behalf of my boyfriend who decided to grab food to fuel up before an event we had. He proceeded to tell me how the order had NOT come complete and that the worker decided to slide her number!? Considering that the worker not only decided to be unprofessional, she most of all she COULDN’T do her job. Someone put Pauline in the back to mop because she clearly won’t bag up the food right ! Someone let her know she forgot my boyfriends donut or owes him a refund because she playing with people money, make sure she don’t play you next! ?

I went in threw the drive thru and the lady was Rude and shoved the coffee in my hand. I called back and spoke with her because she said we have no manager here. She told me she wasn't being mean or rude she was just trying to hurry up. I don't care what you trying to do she was nasty and rude. No coming back on a Thursday no more. Saturday is Crew Seriously ?.

I don't understand an over 10 minute wait just for coffee...no apologies for your wait and no thank you for your order....then when you receive your coffee it's made wrong! This is daily!!!!

Every single time I come here my order is missing something. One time I was missing a whole doughnut One time I asked for a sausage in my sandwich, and never got it. I asked for the same sandwich all the time, and I always ask for a sausage and I never get a sausage inside. One time they forgot to put caramel in my iced coffee. Another time they forgot my whole sandwich in general. It’s ridiculous. Why are you working there if you can’t even do your job correctly? I promise you it’s all the time I am missing something

I order from here the first time a month or so ago and they are playing. I order from here today and they are in here playing. I order from a Dunkin’ Donuts somewhere at Least once a week and I usually always am with the same person and order the same thing every time. This is the first time I ordered this with specific instructions and it tasted horrible. It has never tasted like this before and was so milky and icy with absolutely No sweetness. When I walk in because I pulled around the drive through the girl with the braids checked the window as if to threaten the people pulling around. We were waiting behind another car at the window and after realizing how many of them there were we decided to go in to watch them remake it or refund me. I come in and I see one girl turn around and run in back with braids to ignore me and another girl taking an order. When the girl finished taking the order she turned to me and the other girl ran up with her as well laughing and smiling in my face as my friend who I was with also was upset about. I don’t see any reason for there to be five staff members in the store standing and sitting around giggling about messing up a customers order at one time. No sense of urgency to serve the customer or fix the issue.

Seems like the morning crew is completely different from the afternoon/evening crew cause the service is so different like night and day. Seems like most places now where there is young people working they don’t care about service. Today (11/19/23) in particular the young man I drive thru sounded as if he didn’t want to take my order, didn’t sound like he was happy to be at work. He didn’t repeat the order back and got my order wrong. I had to park my car and walk in for them to fix my order. I love Dunkin Donuts but the service at the Lansing location has been going down. I don’t like Starbucks that much because their prices are too high and there flavors are not all that BUT their customer service is AMAZING!!!!!
