I really wanted to like this place but my experience was terrible. The food prep area behind the counter was so filthy! I mean the counter had food splatter all over. Waffle splatter all over the wafer maker, no one wore gloves and it was so dishoveled back there. I order a strawberry parfait on a hot day, I wanted something cool healthy and refreshing. The yougart was warm and disgusting and they piled the top a mile high with chia seeds ? that's will definitely be my last time going.

They have delicious shakes and other drinks with little or no sugar with high nutrients to lose or gain weight and be healthy. I have yet to try their breakast/anytime food items like protein bowls, crunch cups, panini's etc. Friendly service is a bonus!

Loved the healthy pizza at Fonseca Nutrition, it was different and very tasty ? I didn’t feel bad about eating pizza for once in my life. I strongly suggest ordering the pizza in advance since it’s made fresh and it takes 15-20 minutes. We’ll definitely be back again soon.

Went for a Crunch Cup and it was Delicious! You will not be disappointed. Get your Protein, Energy Drinks, Detox. And bust a Sweat with some Zumba!!! Will definitely be back?
