Food is good and for the most part fresh. But they NEVER answer the phone before noon & they NEVER open on time. Need to change their hours if no one going to answer until noon! It’s frustrating because the food is good and I want to support but it’s unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers especially when I have limited time during lunch time.

2 weeks ago I stopped in. The lunch special is only on the weekdays! We come here often and the owner has a bad attitude at times. My wife said because she has to run it alone. Guess what? No excuses greet your customers make me feel welcomed. The food was the best it ever had been. Nothing was cooked bad the fries was even great. I will return hopefully she can greet us properly!

Add 10-15 minutes to pick up time, because they will say 20 minutes whether it's actually 20, 40, or 60.... other then that food always fresh and hot, cooked correctly, and friendly service. They are good people (I think it's a family, always they same 3 people there). Wish they had later hours and more staff/phone lines, because they probably miss out on a lot of business. If they arent open or we can't get them to answer the phone, we go to Harold's in Dyer (longer hours, always answer phone, and extended menu, but further away). They are our first choice for chicken in the area, but after 10 minutes of calling we could have driven to dyer.... we will keep trying to support them, but hope they add staff/phone line, etc.
I came here yesterday after an appointment and thought I would treat my family. First let me say the person who answered the telephone was very courteous and polite. I explained I was ordering takeout but was sitting in my vehicle because too many customers in lobby. She took my order, said it would be about 20 minutes and I could pay for it thenThe customers thinned out so at the 14 minute mark, I went in, paid for my food and was told i had about a six minute wait. No problem, I had set the alarm on my watch and it had not gone off anyway so that was about right. And the young lady had told me over the phone how much my order came to so I was able to pay with exact change. In the meantime when my order was ready, the young lady came to window and motioned to let me know my order was ready. When I got home , the food was still hot enough to be eaten without warming up, everything was fresh and very good and we had cole slaw. My grandson doesn't like sauce on his chicken but he was provided sauce in a cup on the side . Thank you for an enjoyable meal and experience.

They close at 6:45!! I got there at 6:20. Tried first to place phone order. No answer so after numerous attempts I checked to see if door open! YES!! Got my.order in 20minutes. Excellent wings! Such a deal!! Friendly service.

The owner, or who I was told was the owner, (older woman, light skinned, short hair cut) seems to always have a bad attitude. I tried calling in my order but no answer as usual. I went in and ordered my food and asked for hot sauce, mild sauce and salt and pepper on my order. Got home and all I had was hot sauce. That was definitely my last time doing business with them. I’m tired of hoping things will be different the next time.
