I'm very snobby when it comes to ribs. I've gotten ribs at the Lansing store a number of times and the food and service have been great every time. The portions for the buy a whole slab get a half free are huge -- easily enough for two people and leftovers. That's two rib dinners for the price of one, essentially. Walking in, the place would have dining tables and a smell of ribs, The service was amazing and the workers at this restaurant are friendly and not rude, And oh my God when I say these ribs and fries where good THEYRE GOOD!!!! Please don't knock it till you try it. These ribs are something else and its amazing. I recommend the anniversary special. 10/10 MUST TRY AGAIN.

The security guard made the experience acceptable. The cashier was so sweet and kind… however WHOever was in the back peeking over his shoulder, should have been looking at the table… i just need to know why weren’t my tips in pieces. Thankfully I caught the special because for full price I would have felt robbed for real lol. It was good after I added more of my own bbq sauce.
