I've been ordering from this place for 3yesrs. Never had to call to complain. I order the same thing all the time so much that they already know what I want. I placed an order and told them specifically no veggies only shrimp no beef. One spicy the other regular. She almost rushed me off the phone and said I get it ok... I know I know. Gave me my total and hang up. My order was delivered and I have kids who are allergic to green onions and bean sprouts and they had a bad reaction. They are the food before I checked it. I called and the guy was apologetic. Then call was transferred to the manager who was rude n nasty. She called me a liar and a trouble maker that's why they have to hand the phone to her each time I call. How?? I've never ever complained about anything in always ripping the drivers too. For the 1st time I had issues with the quality of the food too. The beef was tough and rubbery, the rice was dry and hard and the spicy one was not mixed or tossed. There were clumps of chili in only a few areas . They marked my boxes with NO NO. SO IF THE MANAGER VLAIMS I NEVER TOLD HER ABOUT no veggies and chicken for both, what was the NO NO THAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE BOXES FOR? I ALWAYS SKIP ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT CHINESE PLACE NWAR ME AND ORDER FROM LIANG. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Food so good....pepper steak so favorable! No dine in but take out will work. To me everything is over priced but somethings are worth treating yourself. Parking great anywhere you want. Customer service was pleasant....things remain the same I'll certainly be back!!!

Prolly the best Chinese in the South burbs I only go for the shrimp fried rice and the mango smoothies... Lol! Trust you will keep going back.
