Do not go here. It USED to be a good restaurant. They were very short staffed. Server stopped by maybe twice. We didn’t get any refills. Some of what we ordered didn’t arrive, even though the staff assured us it was still coming…it never did. My husband and I got the BBQ pulled pork (one as a sandwich, one as a plate), we both feel
like we may get food poisoning from how it tasted. My father’s corn soufflé tasted very expired. We were also told to get our own refills literally from the tap from the bar…..?? We politely informed the waitress that the two meals and side tasted very off. We received annoyed looks and attitude. They then tried to deceive us by “taking off $15 from the total bill” but somehow we were charged for TEN iced teas. We had a total of 4 drinks, one of which was a refill we had to almost beg for. When we addressed this after being given the bill, we received more attitude. Eat here at your own risk!!

Wanted BBQ and wanted to try a new place so decided on this spot since the latest reviews were good. Ordered blackened Salmon dinner, tasted dry but okay-. The food was served on a shallow plate where I got what looked like a table spoonful of baked beans and mac and cheese. I was still hungry upon leaving. My mom had the hotlinks and they seemed old, heated up with bbq sauce. She didn't like them. In my opinion the best thing about this place is the view from the windows. The food was average. Spent almost 40 for 2 people , should have just went somewhere else.

Decided to try this hidden gem at the Lansing Airport.
Foyer greeted us with an elevator.
Upon doors opening, stellar views of the airfield greeted us. I was so giddy with delight. Driving by for decades, and now get to see all this!
Susy the waitress was amazing. We had the dining area to ourselves. Friendly group at the bar chatting away .
The menu offers unit items and kids menu too .
Wednesday is $5 cheese burger, pulled pork, or sloppy joe. Fries or tots a couple dollars and change more .
Hubby opted for Italian Meatloaf on angel pasta and I had the sloppy Joe and fries.
Hubby found his dish big and yummy. The sloppy Joe was a fork and knife, for the bun was so soft, it melted on my mouth. The fries hot and perfectly salted.
The chicken dumpling soup was great and chili hit the spot.
I had a mixed drink... Not fancy . It was an excellent size and great price, compared to other places .
The decor is aviation, with a sprinkling of pigs!
There is a slot machine area on the other side of the bar.
Signs list live music and bingo events
We were allowed to stay as long as we liked. It was a delightful find.
Will be back to try the pot roast.
Good weather days, the best days to see the planes .
Highly recommend you try this literal hidden gem out!

Good food
Fun place for the TF South 1970s HIgh School Rebels reunion. The NAACP comments about having a rebel flag on the fence are uncalled for. 50 years ago, we did not know the flag was making a statement. It just represented that we were rebels with TF North HS. Anyway, it was a great place to party!!
