An Olive Garden is an Olive Garden. Admittedly, if you're eating in one in the Chicago area, it's probably a matter of convenience and price/familiarity. In my case it was both of those, and not having the time to find a top-shelf Italian restaurant. However, overall this is a better than average Olive Garden in my experience, hence the 5 star.Staff is very attentive, even when it is close to the closing hour. The food is timely in preparation. Nothing was wrongly prepared per the menu or specifications for an OG. When it was asked, they even paid attention to my "Please don't bring me extra bread. I don't know when to stop" request on the first statement, which I appreciate. (No, seriously, I don't. I could inhale their breadsticks in the dozens. I know they're not that good but I just can't help myself. Why do you few loyal readers think most of my reviews are restaurants? Hah.) Prices are exactly as you expect: $20-30 a head unless you're getting fancy.Atmosphere is solid for a small family gathering, and the layout is your standard OG, but it's kept clean and well maintained in all sections of the restaurant. So, if you're specifically looking for an OG (Which I am usually not, but sometimes you get what you gotta get), this one's worth keeping in mind when you're having that inevitable "Let's not go to THAT one. Let's go to the good one."This is the good one.

Upon arrival the hostess were attending to other patrons however he did apologize for the wait and he got myself and my sister seated told us the name of our server Omri she was very attentive got our orders in a timely manner, the food was ok but it lacked quality could've been a little more seasoned the portions were a little small for the prices ? the Raspberry lemonade was a little too water it lacked flavor the atmosphere was nice

The flavor of the Carbonara pasta and breadsticks has decreased, very bland. My breadsticks were hard, both baskets. The kid's meal Alfredo was very dry.

I would like to thank Ms Barbara my server for being courteous, and prompt. As soon as I was seated I received a greeting in less than 3 minutes. My food was hot, delicious, and Ms. Barbara came back to see if I needed anything. The manager also went around asking people how was there food.Other establishments could learn from them. Thanks ?

My husband & I eat dinner here when in town for work. Byana is our FAV server from the first visit & we ask for her each time we go! She always greets us promptly and graciously...she was extremely helpful with menu choice suggestions and drink options, even though she knows our order by heart now❤️ Food and Service were exceptional...Best Olive Garden dining experience we have had in years and over several states. We highly recommend Bryana at this location!!!
I did curbside. She was friendly and the food was ready and early. I had to drive 20 minutes to get home and the food was still hot and tasty.

Had to argue over requesting extra meat sauce for my spaghetti. I argue because I first received in the amount of 1 tablespoon for two orders which I felt was unacceptable but they did fulfill my order but I should not had to wait for 10 minutes for more meatsauce. Then a mgr comes out and tell me next time I will pay. It will not be a next time I will not be back after spending big money for twenty two years at this location. Hope up guys get better with your customer service.
