This place is always busy. Uber Eats, doordash and others all be in there waiting for the customers food. The owner very nice and helpful. You can get rewards using your phone numbers.

Very good food about to finish trying everything on the menu, a too who ever said very high priced, it’s bbq it’s expensive either way. My opinion is very well priced for what it is, they probably never had more than 500$ in there bank account house made coleslaw, wings amazing, sides are great highly recommend this place.

By far the WORST takeout order I have ever received. The chicken was greasy and flavorless. the fries were way overcooked and sopping wet with oil, the mac and cheese was dry and unseasoned, and the okra was missing half its breading.

I can only give it 3 stars. The service was good. My order wasn’t prepared properly. I asked for sauce on the side and when I got home it was drowning in sauce. This was my first time coming and I didn’t want the sauce on it in case I didn’t like the sauce.

The food was delicious!! The ribs were succulent, properly sauced and extremely tender. The sides were well seasoned and delicious but get the large bc the portion was smaller. Overall I would definitely recommend this place ( don’t be in a hurry) and I will certainly be back!!

My ribs were very tough and under cooked. They did not remove the membrane which add to the meat being so tough. I was told they would leave a message for Mr. Hall who left for the day. I am so disappointed. One of the employees tried to make it right. He brought me some ribs wrapped in foil no sauce or bag.

Took forever. Noticed that everyone had to wait.Ordered (among others) a full BBQ chicken. Got a half instead.Called to complain. Do I want to come back and get the rest? And wait some more?Nope. Don't wanna come back, period.It's a shame. Food was good.Don't matter how good you cook; if you can't run a kitchen...

Today I placed my first time order after my son had the ribs last week. I called him my order today at 5:30. My order was not ready until 6:40 PM. When I made the order over the phone it was pleasant. The young lady told me 15 minutes when I walked in the gentleman that was cutting. The ribs were talking rudely to another employee. Not sure if he was the owner or not but I am very big on customer service. I train on customer service and the way that he was talking to her was not appropriate you do not make people feel low. If I was that young lady, I would’ve walked out on him. The conversation went something like this I mean you don’t need to worry about that you have 50 wings 50 wings you don’t need to worry about that Water you can stop doing what you doing. Is we multitask around here , I thought that was rude. I thought that it was embarrassing. I thought that it was not needed and at that moment I didn’t want to purchase anything from the restaurant then when I got to the counter, the young lady told me that my order wasn’t ready it would be 10 minutes. She asked me if I would like to pay and I told her that I really needed to leave. I’ll think about it. I turned around and came back to the counter and waited 10 minutes for her to fix food, and for everyone to see the line and no one said give us a few moments. There was a sign up there to say please stand behind the rug and wait patiently you greet your customers when they walk into the building I had to ask the young lady could I go ahead and pay for my food then I went outside and at this time it had to be about 550 and I waited until 630 and she was preparing my food at that time and she gave me my food at 6:40 so what I would say as a Black business do better you never know who’s watching you never know who’s listening and I’m not sure if I will be back based on the long wait for the food the terrible customer service for letting customers wait longer than they needed to for food not greeting your customer and most of all embarrassing a coworker in front of other employees and customers that is not professional please do better please take some classes on Customer Service also, do not serve greens ever that taste the way those greens taste tonight no seasoning, and they taste like they were canned greens
