I placed an order online before going to work. I paid extra 3.79 to upgrade add a drink and 2 cookies. When placing your online order it gives the option for fountain drinks and bottle. Bottles have pictures there is no price difference when you choose online unless you choose to upgrade to a med or large fountain drink. I go in the store pick my food up and Nick refuses to allow me to get the drink I ordered he said he keyed it as fountain. I ordered it as a bottle. He said he could not call a manager, could not refund me, could not give me the drink I ordered. So we were at an impasse. He tells me aggressively take the drink and I am just going to ban you, of course I am not a thief or a fool. I asked for my money back and he states he cannot because there is no Mgr. I asked him to call the Mgr. I explained he was going to have to do something and if you left him in the store he was empowered to make a decision. He finally gives me my money back and I tell him I'm going to leave a review he said he does not care. I leave call on 8/18 ask for a manager get questioned why do I want one someone named Sheila answers the phone she is nasty. She said that she's aware that the website does not charge more thats not her website and not her problem. I advised its definitely not my issue I did my part sounds like an internal issue. I advised I was going to reach out to the owners she said they won't care and hung up. So while you were my go to store. I will never do business with you again and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and the Chamber of Commerce. I would give zero stars if it were an option service is horrible.

Ordered on the subway app and I was disgusted when I got home. First of all I requested pepper jack and toasted the sandwich had American cheese and was not toasted. Second of all I ordered extra onion not the whole onion on the sandwich

Dear management, when I walked into the store today I almost slipped as the floor was being mopped and there was no sign posted in case someone would fall! No biggie not my business but then as I was ordering Juan told me ā€œnot to touch the glass he just cleaned itā€. No excuse me can you please? Just a demand! Is this subway? Fall risks and terrible customer service… you better keep Juan in the back because he is unprofessional and not equipped to work with the public in any way. Even when I asked him his name and misspoke he was very arrogant about the pronunciation of his name but I definitely needed to get it right for this! I work for the state but hey I could’ve been from corporate…. They will never know…but they failed in my book today! Take heed…don’t just hire because you need help! Get some quality people inside. I hope this helps.

If I could give it no stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service! The guy that made my sandwich was extremely rude and was rolling his eyes every time I said something. Very unprofessional will not be going back to this location

I go to this subway quite often for years! I was so disappointed when a new employee fixed my sandwich he was so nervous he made me nervous,I ordered a six inch chicken teriyaki he was reading off a card instead of listening to what I wanted on my sandwich he was shaking while he sloppily added loads of veggies that fell off the bread and chicken it was so sloppy! Please teach new employees how to do their jobs BEFORE working with your customers! It was an awful experience!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!me and my friend went in there Friday 11-10-23 8:23pm with my friend a lady was attending us then a tall guy came out with an attitude telling us that if we were dinning in or out we proceeded to say ā€œoutā€ then he asked how many sandwiches we were having and me and my friends we were trying to count in ā€œSpanishā€ and he started mimicking us being racist and the other lady was laughing as well.will never be coming back to this place again.
