The worker was very inappropriate with my child ,caused my child to have a very emotional day.Hurt his feelings because he didn’t understand what she was saying. Stated to my child”are you hard of hearing” causing him to be very uncomfortable in this atmosphere.
First issue I had was I had to wait about 15 minutes from my mobile order so that way they could get the other walk-in customers done which I would understand had I not have been standing right in front of them. And the second issue was the amount of salt on my sub that I'm pretty sure could take down a full grown rhinoceros.

Jay at the counter was amazing! We ordered online because there was a line but he made accommodations like mayo and mustard on the bread etc. half tomato on the nachos, as we were in store, and he didn’t make a fuss about us asking to edit the order. The atmosphere gets a 1 star because the people walking in were obnoxious and rude. Definitely would have eaten inside had there not been numerous people in there being rude to the employee. Thanks Jay!!
