“I was served by Jenna this morning, along with about 30 other people (maybe more) all coming at the same time. She was working completely alone, and I was so impressed by her composure, and how she kept a smile on her face the whole time. I was stunned that she didn't have any back up, especially on a Saturday morning. Hopefully, after today, that changes.“
