This was such an amazing shop. We really enjoyed our time there and felt the place was very family friendly. There is a nice area for the kids to play and it is actually family runned and owned. The way they have passed down recipes from mother to child is beautiful. You can really taste the love and passion in the baked goods, food, and drinks. I was very happy I stumbled across this town gem. I appreciate them making my morning extra special.

Great Cappuccino! After full morning of hiking - the quiche was delicious and the cinnamon & sugar crepe was a perfect finisher. Great service. Never been here before - but will return.

Everything from the floor to the garbage cans to the tables was dirty. The employee working made orders carrying a baby in her arms. Not even remotely sanitary. We waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees.

Cannot say enough about how amazing the food is here! Not to mention it's a family owned business. Customer Service is always great, the crepes and chicken salad are a favorite :) I buy the jelly's, chocolate and other things which are great for Christmas presents! If you haven't stopped in YOU MUST!!!

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cute. I was super happy that gluten free crepes were an option! I didn't mind the wait for that, because good things take time.The only trouble we had was when we ordered. The woman taking our order turned to talk to another employee while we were talking to her. It was strange. They continued to have a conversation about work as we stood there. Twice, taking our order was interrupted. After reiterating things a few times, she got our order sorted. The conversation probably could have waited.Everything else was great. We will certainly try again.

What a nice surprise!! Stopped in to kill some time for breakfast on our way through town and really glad we did. Vegetarian savory crepe was outstanding. Really good coffee served in a real cup! Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Ah! You have to stop in this little gem in downtown LaSalle. You will NOT be disappointed. A family feel with food that felt like it came from grandma’s kitchen. And tasted like it, too! It would have been easy to eat at a larger chain restaurant, but I’d choose MAD cafe every time. Also—dessert is AMAZING too!

Super awesome food great atmosphere. Outside seating in the shade even. If you're using GrubHub they were having some issues but they might have it sorted out now. Got the breakfast sandwich and it was great. Also tried breakfast crepe also amazing. Will be back for the quiche.

Wonderful, unique crepe options, inviting atmosphere, and friendly staff. The coffee was delicious. Our order: a savory mushroom, chicken and white wine sauce crepe for my wife, a lemon curd and powdered sugar crepe for me, and a banana crepe with dark chocolate fudge sauce for us to share; raspberry white chocolate latte and a caramel macchiato. It was so hard to decide because all options looked great. We also got some raspberry peach jam and a cranberry, orange and white chocolate biscotti to take home. Highly recommend. We were just passing through but would like to go again if it works out.
