Picked up a mobile order that took over 10 minutes to receive and my triple cheese was made incorrectly and another triple cheese was missing. Also, because it took a while to receive my order, half of the sandwiches were cold. I tried to call the store multiple times directly after getting home and did not receive an answer.

Everytime we come here something is always messed up with our order, and they somehow manage to mess up the entire order, not just one and some of them are rude. Not only that, but every time we have ordered curbside, it takes them forever to bring the food out and when you receive it, even when they arent busy, it's all just thrown together and very messy. A good majority of the time you will recieve your food with the toppings beside the burgers and squished. They also never really fill the large fries up to where they're supposed to be, so you're probably better off with medium and saving your money.

The worst McDonald’s ever. I have been a McDonald’s employee and even a Manager for them, so I do understand the struggles, but COME ON! 3 napkins for 2 happy meals, 5 sandwiches, and 2 orders of fries? They stuff the sacks so full they won’t close and you have to carry them like a football or they rip out, dumping your always incorrect order on the floor/ground. I ordered a double hamburger PLAIN - came with the correct tag yet only one patty. Too hard to count to TWO? I order a Crispy Chicken with no butter or pickle but add mayo - comes out with the correct tag yet is made the normal way with the butter and pickle, no mayo in sight. I order a double fish sandwich with no cheese - comes with correct tag yet it has only one fish patty and, you guessed it, cheese. Every. Single. Time. it’s wrong. Breakfast also. The management is rude and will argue with you - like the day I asked for the sweet and sour and BBQ sauce I ordered with the kids nuggets. He said “it’s in the bag”. I said I checked the bag, it’s not. He said “Yes it is”. I said “here you find it because it’s NOT there. I understand you filled the bag to overflowing to try to prevent us from ensuring we got everything, but the sauce isn’t there.” So then he huffs and puffs and finally gets the sauce. I used to call and tell them the mistakes but lord I don’t even want the patience it requires to cope with this every single time. This place is so fortunate they’re the only fast food joint in town! It’s the only reason they’re still open!

We like his McDonalds. Really friendly guest services. Food out in a heart beat. And delicious.

I always receive excellent service from Lawrenceville McDonald's. Anyone complaining has probably never been to Mt. Carmel's McDonald's. That is a poor McDonald's on all accounts.
The service is always good. I've always received my order quickly and correct, even at peek times. The food is always nice and warm too.
