My husband and his client went through the Sip It drive thru today on the way out of town to run some errands. They ordered Coffees, HOT coffees. They received Tea, even after the staff member verified “hot coffee wirh creamer?”
When heading back in town, my husband brought back the cups still full and asked them to fix it, they refused.
