They didn't give me the right sandwhich. It was the new ranch sandwhich, and I just order a regular deluxe crispy chicken. The sandwhich was just thrown into the box. I waited like 30 minutes for it and I ordered online.

It was awful. The staff didn't attend to the register at all. There were guests standing all over the place, unsure of what to do. The bathrooms were locked and you were somehow expected to find a manager to get the key but you couldn't even find an employee to take your order.

Our drinks weren't made correctly. The restaurant was dirty, tables dirty trash on the floor, bathroom was filthy, trash on floor. Toilet paper roll laying on the floor instead of on the spindle. It was about 3vin the afternoon and they were not busy. Several workers just not doing anything.

Place is dirty. The whole time I was in there no one cleaned the tables. Restocked anything on the bar. I will NEVER be back. Instead of putting the toilet paper on the toilet paper holder it was just laying on the floor! Never been so disappointed in a place before!

I ordered a Double Qtr Pounder with no cheese, there's cheese on it, I ordered an orange Fanta with no ice, there's ice in it. This place SUCKS!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars.
