Bartender would rather talk to the girls there and tell stories then to serve drinks. Extremely slow service. Very small, cramped bar.Wheelchair accessibility: All 1 floor however, the bathrooms are extremely tight and I don't believe our ada handicapped accessible.

10/18 I was here and was accused of stealing a $20 T-shirt, offered to give triple of what the shirt costed ($60) but was kicked out based off of skin color. Loved the bar itself and the people/ bar tender there but the owner gets way to intoxicated... My friend group and I have easily spent over $2,000 within the last month at this place on weekends, and outings during the week and we know some of the bar tenders and owner personally so for him to kick us out over a "$20" T-shirt is a vial disgrace and honestly an inconvenience to the community. There is a plentiful amount of bars in the area that'll welcome you as family and provide a variety of drinks without harassing you.

Good thing about this bar is the drinks are cheap. It's the best thing anyone can say about it. Canal Street pub is one of the places in downtown Lemont that's open later. Kind of a rough crowd if we're allowed to be judging. There's lots of vintage crap on the walls so check this place out if you like looking at that kind of stuff. Any okay dive bar needs to have cheap drinks. It has them here. There's a few drafts and lots more in cans, as well as the hard stuff. It's about $5 for a cocktail. Only thing is these are pretty loaded with ice so these aren't strong. As for food, about the only option is a couple bucks for bags of chips. Take some bills with you because this place is cash only. Basic looking from the outside and not as bad as expected on the inside. It's a pretty old school looking place. The payment system is too as they won't accept credit cards, so put a few bills in the purse or wallet.

After a very fun "business lunch" with some coworkers/friends at B&V one of the women wanted a "dive bar" atmosphere so we saw the Bud sign and that was it, we went in and stayed way to long and had way too much fun. Maybe it helped because it was the week between Xmas & NY and weather was 60 but the place was rocking on a Thurs. We played pool met a bunch of fun and friendly people. The bartender in this pic was super cool and funny...Will?? Anyway I'd definitely go back again. Maybe even bring the ladies from work again since they had a blast.

This place is fantastic. Fast drink service, and a toasty ambiance on a cold night. Classics on the jukebox, like Sabbath, Skynard, and Ratt. There was a tall swarthy gentleman behind the bar who looked like a swashbuckler, and smelled like a forest of old pines. I heard he owns a pet monkey named Simon. This little bar is cash only, so come prepared. And bring a good attitude. Friendly crowd.

Excellent food and service. Our server was friendly, helpful, and quick to help us out when needed. We had party of 7, no problems at all. We'll worth the trip.

Perfect dive bar to have a drink before noon or after 11. And in between. Only thing that's changed in 40 years is new TVs, and no ash trays.

The bartender was barely behindBar, and when she was trashed and stumbling barely speaking English.

Nice dive in a yuppie town. No food that I know of. I go for the drinks. Stiff drinks at loose prices. Well loose for crooked County. Hadn't changed.

It was my first time there and the bartenders greeted us as soon as we came in and was just a really fun staff! It had a pool table and some cool artwork it also had a unique jukebox other than TouchTunes which was a lot of fun because they had a lot of songs on there that TouchTunes doesn't have. They also had a dart board, and slot machines. The only negative thing that I can say is that I am deathly afraid of dogs and highly allergic so we ended up having to leave and cutting our visit their short because they had a dog in there.
