Real authentic Texas style bbq in IL? Who would of thought! Brisket was tender and flavorful, pork belly aka meat candy was so good! Finally a place who actually makes it and does it right. Tried the other bbq places around the Chicago area and while they are good; Matt’s Barbecue does it the true texas style way. Did I mention they have Texas Twinkies? If you don’t know what that is..stop reading this and go try it out at Matt’s Barbecue; They do not serve disappoint.
