Went here for my wife's B-day as she's a big fan of Journey & Infinity (Tribute Band) played there. Due to many issues as you can see in these reviews, we almost didn't. But we did & have a great time. Yeah, go early, the food is standard bar food, but it was fine. We reserved a table & I really like the lay-out & table service. Never had any problems with services & had a fabulous night! We'll be back sometime I'm sure!!

Food was absolutely terrible. So called artesian pizza was flavorless and more like a bad frozen pizza. Cheese curds were more mushy breading than cheese. Well done burger was mushy/disgusting in the middle and still pink. Ordered mild boneless wings. Came out with some sort of sweet barbecue sauce. Waitress swore to me it was mild sauce. Place was cold so food got cold quickly after delivery. Bartender was friendly but barely ever came back to check on us

I was here for the RJR kickoff event.The 1st time I have been here, but it won't be the last.The place is clean, staff is friendly and work hard!Had the turkey panini, it was absolutely delicious upgrade to the sweet potato fries! You won't be disappointed!!

Had a great time ,we had gone there for a fundraising event. Wish we had more time though...They had Bowling lanes , pool tables, arcade games, slot machines and more i probably didn't get to see. Easy to get a drink at the main bar or the side bar by the door and there was one by the stage where the fundraising event was. Food was good but only about half of the menu at Hero West Joliet. Even though there was alot a cars we still got a place to park in back. Will definitely be going back to stay a bit longer and have a good time.

No one in the place but 3 other girls. Waited for ever for a beer and gave up walked out. Guy was too interested in
Arrived here at 7:30 pm. Sat down right away. Crystal took our order for an appetizer right away, we were also ready to order our regular food order but she said she will be right back to take our order. Took 40 minutes to receive our appetizers which was brought by a different employee. She walked past our table countless times and did not return to take our order. 50 minutes later she walked up and carelessly asked if there’s anything else we would like as if it was desert time: The waitress Chrystal was careless about the service she was offering. Will not return here at all. Also, who in their right minds puts shrimp on lettuce? My friend HATES lettuce. Yuck
