I was here for the RJR kickoff event.The 1st time I have been here, but it won't be the last.The place is clean, staff is friendly and work hard!Had the turkey panini, it was absolutely delicious upgrade to the sweet potato fries! You won't be disappointed!!
Had a great time ,we had gone there for a fundraising event. Wish we had more time though...They had Bowling lanes , pool tables, arcade games, slot machines and more i probably didn't get to see. Easy to get a drink at the main bar or the side bar by the door and there was one by the stage where the fundraising event was. Food was good but only about half of the menu at Hero West Joliet. Went here for my wife's B-day as she's a big fan of Journey & Infinity (Tribute Band) played there. Due to many issues as you can see in these reviews, we almost didn't. But we did & have a great time. Yeah, go early, the food is standard bar food, but it was fine. We reserved a table & I really like the lay-out & table service. Never had any problems with services & had a fabulous night! We'll be back sometime I'm sure!!
