Our first time at this location but we have frequented the Chicago and Naperville locations. This place looks great from the outside and is even better on the inside. We arrived as they opened up on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. The hostesses were very welcoming and sat us immediately. We were brought water immediately and greeted by him and then our waitress. Everyone is so pleasant. The manager even stopped by to say hi. Our waitress kept checking on us and refilled our drinks as needed....
Rosebud Lemont never disappoints. The food and ambiance are always outstanding. 4 of us dined there last night and Julie was our waitress and she was wonderful ! In addition to being an absolute doll, she was very attentive and paid special attention to my 90 year old mom. We split several entrees and she offer to split the meals tableside and serve us which was going above and beyond.
Dimitri was our waiter. Service was excellent very knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to the table. The new manager, however, did not come to our table to see how everything was going unlike the past managers at Rosebud. Doesn't seem like he's involved in the floor.. The food was great served as described and flavorful , presented nicely.
