For a truck stop style checkers was pretty good they need to work on the aesthetics a little bit Make the building look a little cleaner inside but otherwise they would have got five stars all the way down The husband and wife were working their butts off and the food was hot I enjoyed it
Helping our niece move, driving from Peoria to Chicago Land, we stopped here on our way. The food was excellent. We had a spicy chicken and regular chicken sandwiches plus seasoned fries. I would eat here again.
Was a one person show when I went. Took a few minutes to get the freshly made food from the employee. Everything I expect Checkers to be. Good food at a reasonable price. It's attached to a gas station. So able to get other items when you stop there.
