Food is fine but only one employee on duty at busy dinner time. Expect waits of 20 minutes or more

There was only one employee there. She was very nice but seemed a bit stressed being the only employee. I hope the management helps remedy it a bit so their employees feel supported. The sandwiches were delicious and we appreciate her help and great service.

This is a better subway than the rest. Food and service was great. Coupon issue was a disappointment but I actually am fine paying for my food.

This place is ridiculous! I ordered my food on the app. It said it would be done in 15 minutes, but 25 minutes later, it still isn't done. Then, the guy who was making my sandwiches stuck his hand in the garbage and proceeded to make my sandwiches without changing his gloves. Luckily, I saw this and stopped him from making my food. The quality of this place is less than 1 star. Regret leaving a tip

Owner will not accept subway issued coupons. No sign or posting anywhere that they don't accept them. Spent way more money than I had planned due to this. Owner gets 1 star for not following company standards.Lady's who were working there were very nice they get a 5 star!

For the most part the staff were very polite... However it seems like their always out of products whether food or drinks... It seems as though the manager doesn't care and is suffering from extreme burnout... Which hurts business and reputation... Hire a new manager and my business will continue.

I live in Lexington and order subway multiple times a week. However the only way to get a correct order is by going inside! Every single online order has been beyond messed up! That being said I've had enough and am taking my business elsewhere!

This place has really stepped up since my last visit. Fast curtious service and they had everything they were supposed to to serve the public. No longer a place I will avoid. Nice job.

They didn't take coupons due to the shortage of everything in the store. Bread was burned on the end, and they only put meat in the middle of my sandwiches. For 35 dam dollars, they could've wrapped it better and sealed properly. It was a mess. Plus, she expected us to know what all drinks they had when none were printed clearly on the drive up window. Hire people who actually need an want a job. Poor customer service experience
