They really know how to treat a family. We really enjoyed our lunch at The Shake Shack last Wednesday. My wife & Madre & I were all in town visiting from Puebla City, Mexico. This was my first time back in Illinois since 2016. We were treated like family and extend our gratitude to all of the staff and owners!
Food was ok but felt like it was a little pricey for the quantity and quality we got. We had 3 adults one just ordered a sandwich with no sides and water to drink, I had just a corn dog and fries that was overcooked and the 2 kids split a meal. Then we had ice cream cones for dessert and our bill was $78! We could have eaten at a nicer restaurant for the price that we paid and had a better meal.
Lucy was our waitress, attentive and nice. Even tolerated when I needed a refill and pulled out Ricky Ricardo with, "Oh Luuucy " Food was good, but skipped the ice cream...full. Biker group rode from Pekin just to eat here. Will come back.
