Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving! The portions were so generous, it felt like having a big heaping plate at Grandma's house and the carrot cake piece that fed the whole table. The ambiance was wonderful with the decorations and the fire, thank you for taking time away from your families to make ours feel special. I would definitely bring my family back for a holiday meal.

We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. They basically just pile up all of the food on the plate on top of each other. So you have gravy getting on the sweet potatoes and on the green bean casserole. We asked if they could have the stuff separated and they said no. They did bring us these tiny side dishes to put the sides in. Although the food tasted very good. We probably won't go back next year because other restaurants we have gone to did not serve it all on top of each other. Also, the salad that they bring before dinner has blue cheese on it. This isn't disclosed anywhere so I didn't know until they brought it to me. I am deathly allergic to mold so I had to send it back and then it took quite a while for them to bring me a salad without the blue cheese.

Great food! We were on the patio with the plastic shades and heaters. It was kind of chilly and there was quite a draft coming from the window area. The server was very kind, but super busy! Our food arrived quickly and was quite good. The greasy spoon burger was delicious, as were the fajitas and the chicken monster melt. Would definitely go back, but would ask for an inside table in the fall. 😊

We were seated promptly in an area of the restaurant that was a bit quieter. The bar area was extremely noisy. Our waiter was prompt. He came to the table when needed but left us alone when he was not. The food was good and the portions were large. It was an enjoyable meal. We like Austin's a lot.

We had dinner with friends Friday night, 10/17 inside for a change & had the perch special. It was amazingly good, two huge butterflies on top a mountain of fries and coleslaw. I could barely eat 1.5 of them and took the other home. Waiter was great and very attentive even though you could see he was very busy. We will definitely come back again.

We were having dinner before a show at the Fuel Room. We had a reservation and they coordinated our time perfectly with the show! The restaurant was loud because of a sports event in the bar but we had a quiet booth in the dining room. Our waiter was fantastic and the food never disappoints. At the show I felt were seated too close to the speakers and they promptly reseated us. We are big sans of Austin's.

The food is always good at Austin's. I have had the salmon, Mediterranean Chicken and their ribs. Because Austin's is a great place to eat with desirable outdoor seating, they can become very busy. So have patience with the waiters and bartenders and enjoy your dinner.
