I stopped here on my way home one night and I enjoyed my bubble tea. I was in and out pretty quickly which was nice since I had to drive back home and it was a bit of a distance. Hope to stop here

Not from the area moved from Tennessee. Here was glad I came by great atmosphere and amazing service The young lady who made my tea was amazing very polite. Can’t wait to come back again thank you for amazing service.

We've been here a number of times and when they are open, the drinks are good. But we have been there twice during open hours and no one is there. Lights are on, open sign is lit, but doors are locked. Arrived today at 11:20am (store hours said open at 11am). Lights were on and the open sign illuminated, plus the open sign in the window, but the doors were locked. Waited a few minutes and no one came to the front desk. My kids were disappointed and I'm frustrated as I took time to drive there.

I’ll start with the positives! It’s great to have a store—let alone a bubble tea spot—open as late as 11 PM in the suburbs. The interior is very cute and the menu has a nice variety.My sister and I ordered the mango smoothie and green matcha milk tea. The mango smoothie was good, but it tasted more like durian than mango. The green matcha milk tea was just tapioca and sweet water ? which would be somewhat acceptable if not for the menu picture, which advertises a very different drink. It may be on us for ordering a less popular item, though..

Bubble Tea Lab is our favorite treat! We love all the combos we can create. The staff is friendly and patient with our young customers. Every time we drop into here it’s a good time. We highly recommend a visit!Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. Bright, colorful and so many options.
❤️PUMPKIN SPICE MILK TEA ❤️I was welcomed nicely by the staff lady. She helped my decide on the drink. She recommended me to try Pumpkin spice milk tea. I had no second thoughts. It’s the Pumpkin ? time of the year and seriously why not? She also suggested me to try the chewy lychee as an add on. OMG the drink was phenomenal. I would love to come back for that. The lady was very friendly and shared her new ventures the lake county area. Highly recommend this place for ambiance, drinks and snacks.
Very hit or miss, Not worth the $8+ to risk it. Last time we went the tapioca was hard lol. I wanted to like it but it misses more than it hits unfortunately.

Drove 30 minutes to go get some boba that I was craving for sooo long and come to the conclusion that it was closed once I got there. I even called when I got there and it hung up on me right away. so upset I did not get my boba nor did I have an update it was closed at the moment .

Had the Dragon Fruit smoothie, not so good but okay. I wanted jelly but was given tapioca. The place is okay but the server was nice and very accommodating.

Great food here, I tried the salmon bowl and the older lady was very informative and enthusiastic!! Very clean as well. It was overpriced for the boba however.

My kids and I just love this place! The woman is always so helpful, we need to learn her name. She always gives us great service with a smile and explains everything kindly. The menu is growing and we love it! The dragon fruit acai bowl is fantastic she makes it superb!
