The woman taking orders in the drive through can hardly be understood, and doesn't take orders properly. Has happened multiple times, always the same lady taking my order when its messed up.

They don't give you your full order, and they know they're not doing it. I honked my horn in drive thru for minutes until they came forward. I needed ketsup. Then the attendant told me to give me my bag back, where he put in the hash browns and returned my bag to me.
That was unsanitary AND he knew he didn't give it to me.

Went to order within the hours at 9pm inside however there was no one attending, and the screens were off. After a while the manager outside the establishment signaled me to go through the drive through because inside it was closed. I went to Macdonalds instead, Macdonalds service 5 out of 5.

I went inside to order something to eat and the Hispanic lady with blonde hair did not bother to say hi or wait to take my order she just looked at me and that was all she did I waited and no one took my order but she was good listening to her music on her phone maybe she doesn’t care about customers..Thursday at 8 pm. Went to wendys I got my food fast
The impossible Whoppers really good. They really need to get better fries though fries are nasty.

my sandwich looked like it had been sitting out and it was all soggy. oh and the worker at the drive thru was rude. i work a drive thru, and the best way to get customers to come back is to be nice and have hospitality.

Used to go through the drive-thru all the time but decided to walk in today instead. There was no line. A hispanic woman with blonde hair was at the cash register eating and licking her fingers. She looked around everywhere but at me, and proceeded to chat with her coworker in Spanish. I waited for her to ask to take my order but she seemed to make a big point about not acknowledging me. Not sure what that was about but I'm mostly disturbed by how she popped her fingers into her mouth while eating. Won't eat here again.
