Under no circumstances should you place catering orders from the Chipotle located in Vernon Hills. There use of Door Dash for delivery sucks bigs time. There are never on time and then they expect a tip when Chipotle hits you with a delivery service charge. First mistake...shame on them, second mistake...shame on me. Done using them as a cater for meetings.
Bought food for the whole family tonight and brought it home. Got home and found out we were one burrito short on our order. Called them back and the manager said it must be my fault. That they didn't have any extra food laying around so it couldn't have been left behind. Hey junior, ever heard the phrase "The customer is ALWAYS right!!"
